Room prices are £75 for single occupancy, £100 for double and £105 for Twin. Infants are free and Children 2- 12 yrs are £25pn  accommpanied by an adult.

Hazel bedroom: is a lovely triple room also located to the front of the property and enjoying the same views as Beech. This room has a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a television.

Beech bedroom: is a stunning bedroom to the front of the property with amazing views over Dunnet Head. This room boasts a king size bed, large fridge, TV and disabled friendly shower room. A desk located looking out of the window means you can write all your postcards home while enjoying a beautiful evening view of Caithness at it’s best.

Holly Bedroom

Holly bedroom: is a lovely triple room located to the rear of the property and having views over the private rear garden, This large room has a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a television.

Rowan Bedroom

Rowan bedroom: is also located to the rear of the property and has views over the private rear garden, This large room has a double bed, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a television

Willow Bedroom

Willow bedroom: is also located to the rear of the property and has views over the private rear garden, This large room has a king size bed, mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and a television.
